For decades, this beautiful stone building with the big smokestack housed one of the greatest tomato factories on the island of Santorini. Now it is renovated and transformed in the new hot spot of Perissa beach. Preserving the traditional features, that were, however, combined with elegant modern architecture, the impressive space is now a sophisticated beach bar restaurant, perfect for moments of carefree relaxation in the famous black beach of Santorini.
